I was having an issue with a leaky backflow, so I called my usual sprinkler guy to make an appointment, and they couldn't see me for about 3 weeks. I then decided to call Misty Mountain, who was also booked three weeks out, but they worked me in during their busiest time of the year. These guys are amazing at everything they do. From landscape design, installation and even snow removal. You’ll be grateful to have met them and to have such a kind and competent, hard working team available. Extremely responsive. Called to get on the list with Rainmaker for sprinkler winterization the last week of September. I’ve been doing business with them since 2014 and know they fill up fast. They told me they would put me on the list and call when they made their schedule. Fast forward 5 weeks and no call-Misty Mountain was recommended to me by a coworker and when I called they could get me scheduled in two days. They reached back out and had openings the same day. I've used Misty Mountain Landscape and Irrigation for several years. they revived a defunct irritation system for us when we first bought the house, and have worked with us as they helped with landscaping projects - adding and adjusting the system as needed.
