My boyfriend wanted to order me some flowers for a very special day because they had already made a delivery to my work. They wouldn’t deliver again. It wasn’t his fault that they already made one delivery so they basically turned one customer away because they had already made a delivery to that same place. You’re the one missing out on the money. I decided since he wasn’t important as the other customer that we won’t be using the shop anymore.

Ordered flowers from Misty Mountain Florist today. Could not have been more pleased. Absolutely the friendliest lady you could meet. She cares about her customers and does everything she can to make them happy. If you need flowers, this is the florist to go to.

Placed an order from out of state. The ordering and delivery process was super easy. Upon delivery the recipient wasn’t thrilled with what they received, and the owner reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to remediate. Very impressed with the exceptional customer service.
