Ordered flowers from Misty Mountain Florist today. Could not have been more pleased. Absolutely the friendliest lady you could meet. She cares about her customers and does everything she can to make them happy. If you need flowers, this is the florist to go to.
Placed an order from out of state. The ordering and delivery process was super easy. Upon delivery the recipient wasn’t thrilled with what they received, and the owner reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to remediate. Very impressed with the exceptional customer service.
I called them for my daughter’s 25th bday! We do not live in the area and we have always used another florist. Wanted to give them a try and they were FABULOUS!!
