We have stayed here many times over the last 8 years and our latest visit will surely be our last. We have always had a good relationship with Brittany at the desk, but this time we were greeted by a woman named Joan. She was rude and erratic saying that our reservation was under a different name when in fact it wasn’t. She also said our card was declined, but we could check in then come back later with another form of payment.
