Concert venue is very close by, the rooms were clean but outdated. The front desk girl Olivia was fantastic and very helpful!
Location is great, the beach & lake are the reason to visit. The rooms are outdated, beds are small.
Great place very secure with on-site security.
Booked well in advance through hotels.com which said the room was confirmed. 8 days before checkin I sent them a message asking to confirm. No response, then 4 days before, canceled with no explanation at all. I booked this because it's walking distance from the Pavilion. Now I had to book a room farther away. Terrible service.
