Great service.
I booked a makeup appointment (just like I do with any other makeup artist or salon) and made sure to schedule it around all the other things I have going on. I had to reschedule hair appointments to be able to make this appointment. I don't do things for myself often. Much to my dismay, I get an email some hours later saying my appointment is canceled due to me needing to book a consultation first. It already took my money.
