Carlos and Kris came to look at my old.AC unit, which we'd already spent a considerable amout of money on, with another company. They were straight forward about the possible cost to fix it, no bull shit. And so we chose to bite the bullet, and just replace the unit. Again, they could have, and would have tried to fix it; no pressure on their part, we just felt like it was time. So, we are enjoying our new unit, ready for the summer.
