Leaves water spots and didn’t even clean the dirt off of the side of the truck
Paid $18 for the machine to throw codes and spray foam on my truck and not even wash it. I expect a refund. I've called the owner and left a voicemail. I'll update this review if he refunds my money. Looking at all the reviews, this place probably needs to be reported to the BBB.
Sunday 3:00pm. Paid for $18.00 wash. I entered the wash bay. Wipers on yellow liquid sprayed. BRUSHES NEVER CAME ON WITH ANY FOAM SOAP/WATER. NO DRYER. Drove back to Lampasas with yellow liquid splattered all over my car!!!! 2nd time I have tried this place. NEVER AGAIN! I SAVED the guy behind me from spending his money. I WANT A REFUND!!!
I have tried several times to give the phone number on my receipt a call to cancel my subscription. But Wade Langley never returned my call and it seems impossible to get in touch with him. Update: He finally called me back, said he removed the card from the auto renewal. That that is a huge help.
The car wash was sub part for the price and the vacuums are so bad they don't even suck. You have to pay additional for the vacuums and it wouldn't even pick up the pebbles in my rubber floor mat.
