Don fit me in on short notice and was great to work with. He was fast and efficient and didn’t make me feel like the trailer newbie that I am. I called him back to check on something I was concerned about, he turned right around and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely call him again if I was in the area.
I have an AquaHot 450D boiler that a mobile tech in WI spent 10hrs trying to fix and couldn’t do it. I arrived in Nashville on a Monday and after a few calls came up with Don’s number. He said he could look at it on Thursday. He showed up on Thursday and had it running within an hour. He knows his stuff and is very friendly. I highly recommend his services if you’re in the Nashville area
We had an electrical problem that we hadn’t experienced before and were immobile. We found Mister RV on google . We had a short conversation describing the problem. He had a service call ahead of us but accurately described his arrival time and his fee. After checking through several scenarios he determined the source of the problem. I have been using MisterRV for 5+ years now. I have found them to be open and honest about issues with my trailer and generally quick on service. They seem to consistently have a full schedule, but that in my opinion implies numerous happy customers. I certainly recommend them and will be continuing my business with Don & Paul.
