I am with Jill on this one. Mr Window and its representatives have proven to be dishonest and untrustworthy. Once you sign their forms they will try to use it against you every way imaginable and then you will get a phone call from their lowlife employee Pony who will threaten you with legal actions and physical violence. The owner Mike Savadavic will talk the talk, then bury his head in the sand and ghost you. I'm going into month 4 of an unfinished window and door project with no resolution in sight. I use this company because they are approved with my company, but I do not like to, they are very rude and every time I call to give them my business, it feels like it is more of an irritation than anything, mostly from the "service manager". He should not be allowed to deal with customers, he has been rude multiple times and when I heard he is a manager....... I couldn't believe how lacking his customer service skills are, but on the other hand there technicians do great work and I am always pleased.
All went as planned and proposed We recommend Mister Window fully
no suprises the price they quoted was the final price and all stucco and drywall was perfect with no damage. i usually do not write reviews but this was a great experience
WE WERE NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO REPLACING ALL OF OUR WINDOWS. WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE AND A REAL MESS. WE FOUND OUT IT WASN'T AS MUCH AS WE THOUGHT ON EITHER MONEY OR MESS. GREAT JOB MISTER WINDOW!!!
very informative and honest, job was well done and the building inspector said all their jobs are excellent, we are more than pleased with a job that went perfectly.
