I give Mister Volts the highest rating in all categories including professional knowledge of electronics, being on time, etc. When he came in he was very polite and once he heard the problem he made a quick check of something I was not aware of and the problem I was having was solved. He explained the electronics and charged me nothing. It doesn't get any better than that.
