My transmission was acting up, so under warranty took in to have them scan it. Turns out transmission was ok. For courtesy should have done the scan for no charge. They refused and charged me $141 for the scan. There was no mention that a charge would occur when I dropped the vehicle off. Very poor customer experience and will not be returning. They claim in there advising such a great company - no so!
