They were great, and very honest with me. I noticed some surging when my car was shifting from 80-90. Turns out I was just low on transmission fluid.
The service was excellent today. went in for 8am and out by 830am. highly recommend the Windsor ont business. will return any time i feel i have issues.

I called to get a quote for a transmission fluid service and the person named Julie answering the phone was rude, unhelpful and not interested in being helpful. The first time I'm told we'll call you tomorrow for the quote. The second time she asks for my VIN. The last time she said Honda doesn't have fluid. And also I find her tone is disgusting and doesn't demonstrate how a competent employee should behave when it comes to customer service.
