Brought my 2016 town & country there for a hard shift going from 2nd to 3rd. They said my transmission needed to be replaced and quoted me nearly $6000 for a new transmission. Refused to give me a paper copy quote. Told me they don't put quotes on paper .. Ended up bringing it to the dealership instead, turned out to be a $300 fix. Wouldn't recommend.
