Finally got relief of my transmission problem..Took my 2011 buick Lucerne in for a diagnosis for shifting problems after yrs of odd shifting problems and replacing speed sensors and dealer ignorance.. After speaking with an understanding lady Julie, she got me in for examination of what it was doing.. Avoid this location at all costs. Extremely unprofessional service and terrible customer support, specifically from Julie at the front desk, who was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission inspection ahead of a strict warranty deadline. After completing the diagnostic, the mechanic contradicted themselves—admitting "there could be a problem, but we aren't sure"—yet refused to provide any written diagnostic sheet, job card, or proof of inspection, claiming they don't provide pape... read more
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I brought my 1966 Cadillac Eldorado to Mr. Transmission in Windsor to repair a transmission oil leak. They fixed the leak, but when I went to pick up the car, they asked me to pull it out of their garage. As I tried to start it, the starter failed right there. Went in with what I thought was a transmission problem, ended up being something else. They helped me diagnose it, referred me to someone good, and didn’t charge me a thing. Has been a great experience.
Very honest. Completed a free diagnosis for my Mercedes and gave me a clear picture of the transmission issues. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the issue, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
