I have never had transmission issues previously and was worried this process would be overwhelming and complicated. The team at the Windsor location communicated clearly what the issues were and the work that was required. They worked quickly to return my van in just a couple of days and the cost came in just under what they quoted. I was stuck the week after the long weekend — couldn’t get in anywhere — and my car (only 5 years old) was having serious trouble driving.
