Special thanks to Dan and his team for making sure my daughter’s car was safe for her and my grandbabies to drive. It’s nice to find a mechanic you can trust and feel confident in. Amazing customer service from Dan and the crew. Took my 2018 Tuscon there with acceleration problems and Dan took the time to investigate and solve the issues even without my vehicle showing any codes. I had previously had 4 visits to other shops without any results to solve this issue and was told because there was no engine code they couldn’t do anything. My family and I were exceptionally pleased with the prompt and positive service we received from Dan at Mister Transmission Centennial Parkway. Two weeks ago today we were travelling to a wedding in Grimsby when our vehicle lost power and it became a transmission issue. After contacting CAA and delivering our vehicle to Dan at his garage, he told us the bad news that our vehicle was not worth fixing because of the extent of damage and the year of our vehicle. I made the mistake of going to Centennial Tire & Auto instead of Mister Transmission since I entered and left from the back and not the front door. Thank you for clarifying. I have removed my 1 star review on here and added my bad experience to Centennial Tire & Auto instead.
