Dan was extremely helpful, and patient with me- through all of my concerns, questions, etc. He dealt with my warranty company and took care of everything. With something that I've been battling for well over a year, trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, he took all my concerns and description of symptoms and was able determine the wear on my transmission. I can’t say enough good things about Dan at Mister Transmission and the service I received with my Ford Escape! Dan was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about helping me. Dan truly went above and beyond, and his patience and professionalism made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier... read more
I would recommend Mister Transmission amazing service
Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently had my wife's car serviced and repaired at the Mister Transmission on Barton Street East, and I am very pleased with the experience. Dan was highly professional, and he and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. They even topped up our windshield washer fluid and washed our car! I highly recommend this Mister Transmission location for any vehicle services and repairs
I was referred to Dan by multiple garages in my hometown to fix my transmission. Dan and his team were very knowledgeable and fixed my van efficiently. He made sure I had a vehicle when I needed one and kept me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely go back!
