I dealt with Jason, I felt like I got great service. I thought he listened very well, he gave me all the time I needed to explain the problem. I left my car there feeling I was in good hands, and that he was kind of in my corner and trying to make this bad situation as good as he could.
Worst shop ever and unexperienced staff!! Took my car on may 7 told me will be done on may 9 but then its moved to next week and then week and took almost 40 days to fix to my for the evaporator change and didn’t provide me an rental or discount then too. Now there are so many dents on my dashboard and it looks so bad. Even going to come back again
I brought my car to Mister Transmission shop located in 405 Red Maple Road while it was still drivable, just making some extra noise. They diagnosed a failed transmission sensor and told me it would cost around $4000 + tax and take 1–2 weeks to fix, as they had to dismantle the transmission. Over the next several weeks, I had to constantly call them for updates, they never contacted me proactively.
