We had a true emergency and this shop saved our home and livelihood, literally. The car is also in an excellent mood after the visit! Addendum. My transmission blew two times afterwards because of it being overtigtened along with a faulty part the first time, and collateral damage from the second round killed the entire car.
Brought my 2018 VW Passat in thinking I definitely had a transmission issue only to find out that it was something else. Spencer was excellent in explaining what was wrong with my car and couldn't be more friendly and offered to recommend places for the work to be done. I came away from Mr Transmission very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them or bring my vehicle back again.
