They take ownership of their customers. I employed this shop to rebuild the transmission on my 2016 Yukon XL. It took them 1 week longer than estimated but I could see they were dealing with a high demand. After I picked it up, there was a strong odour of exhaust fumes in the vehicle. When I brought it back they took full ownership of the problem but told me to make an appointment with their other shop on Dixie Road. My radiator was replaced by the previous owner of Mr Transmission The Queensway in 2023. When I had an issue with said radiator in 2025, I went back to the Queensway shop. I met Mohammed and explained my predicament. He pointed to "under new management" sign. I explained that the reason I'm back was because the work was done there.
