I’ve had good experiences at Mister Transmission The mechanic’s policies appear that they do care about their customer and how far their dollar goes They don’t charge money for some of their diagnostic work, for the customer that’s incredible stuff Accommodating and welcoming environment
Called to book an appointment few days prior, I came in with the part and needed a seized bolt removed, possibly drilled and tapped. They got to it the next day, and only charged me 1 hour of labour. Very pleased and will be returning for major transmission work in the future. Highly recommend them. (Toyota Tundra 2012)
Excellent service done on the time line discussed
had a transmission replaced recently. Customer service was better than just good. Dealt with Mohamad front desk. Explained what my options where appreciated that . I would give the whole shop 8 out of 10 .
