Good people, service manager Mohamed, explain well, I recommend this place!
I was a mechanic for decades, and know good customer service when I see it. First I spoke to manager? Aki...VERY informative and personable Followed up by going for a. free transmission assessment with John. I am not known for praising people....but John was flat out exceptional! My ONLY complaint is I can't get ANYWHERE NEAR this level of service at most businesses these days. The service I got at Mr. Transmission on the queensway is the same service I gave customersc when I was a mechanic....and why they followed me around... read more
The staff were friendly and very thorough in outlining my vehicles problems and what steps were needed to address the problems. They stuck with their promised timelines though clearly very busy in the shop. Soecial thumbs up for Muhammed and how he explained issues and options for me. Very good experience at your shop all round. Thanks Jim S.
