The service at the front desk was second to none. The repair to the transmission was done in a timely fashion. The price was great and she runs like new.
It sucks when your car needs work. It DOESN’T suck when you find a shop that takes the time to find and actually fix the problem. I felt respected and heard during the process. Highly recommend these guys to fix your transmission.
Mohammed, Jon, and shri were transparent with me during the entire process while getting my vehicle serviced. Really appreciate the great customer service.
I selected this location of Mister Transmission because it is relatively straightforward for me to get back home on TTC, after dropping off my vehicle. Mohammed was very calm and methodical. All the work needed was explained to me. They seem to have a strong customer-service focus.
Had my rear differential rebuilt on my truck. Mohammad made the process easy. Communicative and clear about work being completed and related costs. Truck drives great now!
