Came in for help with a problem with my manual 2014 Honda. I had trouble getting responses from other transmission places, but Chris was very friendly, accessible, and responsive right from the start. He was very clear with his communication and straightforward with my options. As someone who feels a bit less comfortable with mechanics and auto stuff, I enjoyed how welcoming all the interactions were. I will definitely be back for any transmission challenges I have down the road!
To expensive !!!!! They charge more than dealership to rebuild transmission. for $5,200!!!!! and when I got home I found that plug for transmission oil is missing !Additional; turns out it was not transmission problem at all , ,
