CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Steven the Owner/Manager applied my warranty even though it was past the 12 month mark (due to change of store ownership). Steven completed the necessary repairs and returned my car with no questions. When your spending thousands of dollars on a transmission repair Steven gives that stress free/comfortable and honest service. Thanks Steven 🙏 Arshad (2018 Nissan Sentra)
I am very pleased with the service at this Ajax location, I dealt with Ron several years ago and was happy with the service and warranty offered for a transmission job. 10 years later I find I need the rear differential rebuild and I am pleased to say that I was taken care of in a timely manner with great service. Highly recommend this location! Paul
Exceptional service from Steven and Brian. I large hiccup with some items that needed to come in from USA, on our recommendation. They took.longer then any expected..Steven and Brian came to the table and purched the OEM parts direct from Ford Canada and eat the cost difference and then some. It's not if an error occurs it's how you recover, this is a perfect example of that. Great work guys. 5 stars
Short and sweet. Had a Trans done in Pickering. Had a problem with seal leakage. Returned to Pickering location and no longer there. Drove to Mr Trans on Westney 195. Explained my problem. Steven the manager spoke to tech Tom and gave me a solution. Tom dismantled complete Trans. Found some serious flaws and proceeded to remedy them. Their work ethic customer service is top notch. Dealing with these guys is both comforting and educational. I highly recommend this specific shop for all transmission work bar none. Thanks again... read more
