I brought My SUV in for what I thought was a transmission issue. They took the time to test drive it, and they figured out it was not a transmission issue. It was actually in my engine. Jordan Told me there was no charge for what they had done and recommended a shop for me to have it looked at. I would trust them 100% if I have transmission issues in the future. I sent my neighbour over to get his fluid serviced!
I recently brought my car to this shop for repairs, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. After getting my car back, I noticed a major issue with the shifter on my manual transmission. When trying to shift into first gear, it goes straight into reverse without the need to push down, as it should.
