I found the guys to be very experienced with transmissions. Also found a clutch and front engine mount issue. These were both real issues (my son and I rebuilt this car so we know the history of both those items and that the issues were real). So from an expertise standpoint - all good From a finishing standpoint there were a couple of fumbles: the car had brand new red carpets and the car came back with greasy footprints. these guys are the BEST. My car runs like a dream after they fixed my transmission. Plus when I got my car back, they had fixed my radio (it hadn’t worked for months).
The guy Daryl at the office shows zero interest in customer service. Nor the status of your car. Grumpy and sassy on the phone. Rude in person also. I was sort of forced to use his company for my car repair (aka I didn’t look him up to go there but that’s a separate discussion). I would never return. I would never recommend. Did a great job fixing a difficult to diagnose hard shift on my 02 pontiac grand am. Now it runs better than ever. On top of that I am very happy with the price. highly recommend. Thank you!
