Sanjay and team were fantastic, they diagnosed my issue and didn’t charge us. We didn’t end up having work done by them only because my car was a beater that wasn’t worth repairing. It took them less than 30 minutes to identify the issue and give us a rough quote for the work. Will definitely return if I need to in the future!
We contacted Mister Transmission to quote a new transmission on our Ford Transit and they were extremely helpful. They provided us with a solution, a competitive quote and then checked in on warranty after they noticed our Km were low on the Van. Sanjay and his technician were great. The tech was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Transmission work is typically very expensive and I felt the price for the job I was quoted was very fair. I recommend this Mr. Transmission shop.
I called and they were able to get my vehicle in quick to look at it. It took some time to start the work, but not abnormal. Took about a week to get it back. Able to do a rebuild on my transmission and ended up being cheaper (Toyota wanted almost $11, 000 to fix. Mister transmission ended up being $7300). Sanjay is friendly and took time to explain things. Found the follow-up communication was frustrating at times in that I would have to call to get updates, but probably because they are busy.
