Excellent communication and customer service. Chris is fantastic, best customer service I have seen in a long time. The shop foreman, Wes, is the Mr. Transmission for everything in Edmonton. Mr. Transmission provided a free assessment and diagnosis, and tons of repair done to my 2019 Expedition. All work completed in a few days. They did what they said and were 100% upfront about costs, known transmission issues for this vehicle and much more. I am very disappointed with Mister transmission, i own and run a mechanic shop in Drayton Valley, i contacted them about rebuilding a transmision in a 2012 nissan rogue, which is a cvt trans, they gave me a labour quote plus parts to rebuild, they assured me that it would be no more then a rebuilt one from nissan even if it was worst case senerio when they opened it up, so i figured why not maybe we can save some money if it doesn't need everything, being it still drove i thought maybe we would be ok.
