This location is one of the best places I've been to. The owner ken is extremely friendly and informative. I always get the help that I need. Thank you Mr. Transmission (Pickering).
i paid $490 for a new clutch which is fine than they told me it cost them $130 to machine the “flywheel” but they were trying to charge me $900 i’m not sure why my passenger visor was down when nobody has ever sat passenger in my car i don’t mind them going on a “joyride” but make sure you don’t leave your traces or do not touch something you shouldn’t good work / bad liars / bad communication if your going to charge me $400 on top of that $490 at least call me to inform me what work has to be done.
I can't say enough good things about Mr Transmission in Pickering. Ken (is amazing) kept me informed throughout the process, assisting with the warranty, liaising with Nissan, and getting the job done in the time frame that we needed. Highly recommended!
I think I left a review a few years ago and I'll say it again you will not find nicer or more honest people to work on your car than you will at this particular Mr transmission.. I moved from Pickering to Toronto 5 years ago but still drive out here just for their service.
I was awfully disappointed to find out my car needed a new transmission after only 155,000 km from my local mechanic. I was in shock when initially quoted $6500 for a new transmission. I did not waste any time picking up the phone and shopped around only to find out that most, if not all, auto repair shops send the cars out to Mr Transmission when transmission work is required.
