You couldn't ask for a nicer guy up front or on the phone than Jim. Because of that, it sucks to leave a less-than-perfect review. Overall, I'm a little disappointed, especially in communication. I understand that a part was delayed, but I was not informed of that until the very end. Truck went in on a Friday. I left it there all day the first day only to learn at end of day that the guy who specializes in my truck was away and they had no access to his tools to diagnose it. I found myself on a road trip with a low rear Differential oil level. I stopped in and asked if they could take a look before heading home. Not only did they get me in between other work and fill the differential but didn't even charge me for there help. That's old time service Thank you. I will repay this kindness to someone in need.
These people are great! Helped my dad who was travelling from out of town with low differential oil without an appointment and fully booked. I am happy to recommend them.
