Jim was extremely helpful. I was worried my vehicle was going to cost a ton to fix and have huge problems, they did a diagnostic and were able to quickly fix the problem.
Repeatedly had to take back after first time and waited on parts and nothing but issues and ended up selling car for scrap
You couldn't ask for a nicer guy up front or on the phone than Jim. Because of that, it sucks to leave a less-than-perfect review. Overall, I'm a little disappointed, especially in communication. I understand that a part was delayed, but I was not informed of that until the very end. Truck went in on a Friday. I left it there all day the first day only to learn at end of day that the guy who specializes in my truck was away and they had no access to his tools to diagnose it.
