I did give a 5 star. When I called in a panic the tech was very helpful and put my mind at ease. As another fluid change place wont mention any names. Mr lube in mission. Showed me a goldish looking trans fluid and tried to scare me into getting the trans fluid changed because it was burnt and should be pink. Im very happy I didnt do what he asked. Because you dont use regular atf in these transmissions. So I had a terrible night as I just got the car I use for work. Just had a p.o.m done and no mention of burnt trans fluid.... read more

Negligence, incompetence, or intentional damage? A few weeks ago a family member brought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek to Mr Transmission for routine transmission fluid servicing. About 500 km after the fluid change, the transmission suffered a catastrophic failure. The transmission, which still had about 50,000 km left on the factory warranty, seized completely while driving at highway speed.
