They did a great job working with my car, and make it ready as quickly as possible. And at the same time, they provide me the loaner car. And fix the in a timely manner. Transmission is working great after the rebuild, and the good thing is that they cover nation wide for the warranty. Kyle and the other team members really understand the issue and make it really worth it for me. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks again for your honest advice and service.
They ruined my car by forgetting to replace the transmission differential fluid after draining. Unacceptable. Shortly after service here, my car breaks down on the highway. When towed to a reputable garage they told me that the differential fuild was empty and completely dry. Now the whole transmission needs to be replaced. Would give a 0 if possible. Extremely rude owner, took weeks to “repair” my car and had to take it back. Took weeks again to repair with no communication. Owner tried to overcharge me and told me I had “financial troubles” when I told him what I was willing to spend on the repairs. No second invoice was given and the curtesy car was a joke! My F150 has some clunking into gears, off and on. Ford dealership in Abbotsford charged me $ 450 and told me I needed a new transmission that was gonna cost 12,000 . Went to Benz and they were HONEST and told me that my transmission did not need to be repaired yet. FOR FREE. Shout out to these guys. Wish I had gone here first.
Huge shoutout to the team at Mister Transmission! I had car trouble right before a road trip and literally couldn’t get in anywhere, they were the only ones who took me in last minute, and got everything done in time. Super helpful, honest, and just really great people. So thankful!
