They are so nice and do a good job
Highly recommend this shop. I had a transmission put in at another location. I felt there was a symptom of a faulty transmission. Thankfully, I had a nationwide warranty. Chris diagnosed it with no trouble and found it was something else. Great franchise. Great location. Thanks again. You guys rock.
I was stranded on hwy 11 after my mechanic “fixed” my car that very day. I merged into the hwy and it went up in smoke. Terrifying. Called Ken Hempinstall for a tow, he was the only guy on a Friday afternoon who’d help me. I brought my Honda Ridgeline here with an intermittent shift problem and the owner took it for a long test drive, where of course the transmission shifted as normal. He did not charge me for that test and asked me to come back when the codes came on. Based on the fact he did not charge me ensures that I will bring it back when it faults again
Chris and his team were excellent. Made sure everything was perfect and performed the maintenance with expertise.
