Christine and Chris, hands down best customer service, customers are treated like family. Talking to Chrisine on the phone, she knows her transmissions. Trustworthy, Knowledgeable and efficient. Can't say enough about this shop. Something to be said for small towns and family run buissness!
Terrific shop. Orillia is very fortunate to have a transmission specialist with such expertise and integrity. We were in a tough spot with news of our transmission failure. We had not met previously, but Chris stepped up, just as an old family friend would step up. We can't say enough about the work ethic and honesty of this Mr. Transmission. If you need work, this is definitely the place to go.
Needed a rush view of our vehicle and despite being fully booked , they fit us in and treated us like a regular valued customer rather than a rush drop in.
