UPDATE #2: Carlo still sucks, dont go here UPDATE: Carlo still sucks, avoid this place Carlo sold me a 2009 buick enclave. When I bought it I was told nothing was wrong with it and it would last me a long time. 4 months later it's having engine problems. I then take it to him and he tells me its my fault that I didn't check the oil (i always had oil in it). I had to take out a loan for 4000$ to buy it and he assured me that there was nothing wrong with it. Now I'm stuck without a car and still paying a loan.
Not often do I go into a mechanic shop and get treated like a king. They took my baby and fixed her up right. Kept me in the loop with the logistics of delivery on the parts which was nice. My truck is older so parts needed to be shipped in. Quick turn around, great service and go above and beyond. If you want your transmission fixed right the first time these guys are the guys. I highly recommend not coming to this location. I had my 2015 gmc sierra in for a new transmission and it costed 5900. Same day receiving my quote on quote fixed truck I headed to my job site upon further notice. A homeowner asked me if I was leaking something on their brand new concrete driveway so I had to employee inspect under the vehicle to find out transmission fluid was leaking bell housing bolts were loose.
