Recently I received a van off of a family member and it wasn’t shifting properly. The RPM’s were running high, and it was running a bit rough, so I called Mister Transmission in Lindsay and had the pleasure of speaking to Jim. I explained to Jim what had been going on, and he was quick to assist me and give me ideas of what could be happening. Tried calling multiple times for over a week. Nobody picked up the phone. Left 2 voicemails and nobody even bothered to call us back.
Jim Collins puts the Service back into Customer Service, his patience in listening to the customer, resolving the issue is second to none. I would recommend Mr. transmission in Lindsay to anyone that has a transmission issue. Mine was a Motorhome and Jim took on the issue and gave me the confidence in his expertise that my issue is solved. I Cannot Thank him enough.
