I had to have my car towed to Mister Transmission as I got stuck in a parking lot and couldn't get it to shut off or switch into any gears. After waiting over 45 min in the extreme heat, and getting yelled at by ignorant people, my car was towed to Mister Transmission where Rob was waiting. This man is amazing!!! On June 30th 2025 I was having such a horrible day. My boyfriend changed my transmission oil a few days prior. When I would reverse my car everything would shut off. 10 minutes to get out of a driveway is insane. The 30th of June i called Mister Transmission and Rob picked up and said I could drop my car off and he’d look into it. Rob and the man working with him were truly amazing. Extremely professional, honest and very friendly. Initially I thought I had an oil leak in my transmission and left my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe XL for a few hours to be inspected. They found out that although it looks like a transmission oil leak, in fact, it was the engine oil pressure switch issue. They could've charged me $200 just to look. They didn't charge me a dime and recommended reliable general mechanics in town. The Best service!
