Our technician was good, but I don't like their business model and will not be using them in the future. Almost $1000 to replace a breaker is outrageous and price gouging if you ask me. You can find this breaker online from reputable outlets for 1/2 the price that the tech told me was their cost for the item. How can someone with the scale they have pay 2x for an item that you can find online from a 3rd party retailer at 1/2 the price. A+ experience with Mr Sparky. Beginning with the initial call and scheduling. Easy and very professional. Communication via phone, text, and email. Day of technician called me with up to date etas. No waiting at all. Francisco was professional and knowledgeable. He identified an exterior safety issue I was unaware of and will have fixed on a subsequent visit. Fair pricing and my ceiling fan was fixed asap. Will only use Mr Sparky from here on out.

They’re very disrespectful especially Scotty, he talks to people any type of way then expects for people to let it fly.. they only care about money nothing else, highly wouldn’t recommend this office… They have very poor service and very bad business.

Mr. Sparky installed our Generac generator a couple of years ago. It has been a life/savor for us during several storms (including Hurricane Helene)!
