Both men were very professional, efficient in their work, kind, humble and very skilled. What a great attribute to the customer. I will only use this company because I trust their work! Wonderful experience! The entirety of all the team members from Mr. Sparky have been Loyal to me and my families needs for Honest and efficient work! Very respectful! Mentionable names JEFF( the boss) who by the way came to my home when noticing the sense of panic in my voice and worked hard to help me, ALEX, who was given a 911 spur of the moment call and was home for the day( in his personal vehicle) to heed the call, THANK YOU SO MUCH! No call, no show for an estimate on outlets. Very disappointing and inconsiderate of my time. If I could leave zero stars I would.
