Ethan replaced an insufficient, single, recessed task light over the sink with 3 pendant fixtures matching our other lighting fixtures, making it much brighter. He was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

My water heater short circuited and tripped the main breaker. I had very limited power. I called Mr. Sparky and they sent Tracy right away to help fix the problem. He was professional and explained the issues and provided me with few options so I can choose the option best for my needs. Customer service was excellent. Tracy went as far to inspect my outlets, electric meter, and checked the main breaker and every individual breaker for safety. Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two ligh... read more
