From the start, Matthew was outstanding—he came out, listened carefully to what I needed, walked me through the work that was required, explained how it would be done, and provided a clear estimate. DO NOT CALL THESE CLOWNS! I called them for a simple repair that took an hour to fix and they charged me $370. While they were at my house they pointed out my Service Entrance Cable needed to be replaced, the insulation was deteriorating and the live wire was exposed (dangerous because it could arc and catch my roof on fire). He started punching at his tablet and showed me a quote for $19,000 to fix the problem.
