If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled Mister Sparky online because it said I would get a free estimate, but instead they tried to charge me almost $400 for a “diagnostic” even though nothing was fixed. The technician claimed he was 99% sure he could repair the issue, then tried to upsell me three ridiculous options ranging from $2,500 up to $12,000. Henderson was extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He was able to help with all my electrical needs. Would highly recommend him for any future jobs in mind.

We called with some major issues and they came out the same day! Francis was extremely professional and explained everything in great detail. He gave us many options to fix our issues which was a breath of fresh air. We’ve had “other” electricians out and none could help us. Mr. Sparky saved the day!

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to mess up your whole work schedule because they do not know how to show up at a set time. They will claim they called to confirm your appointment and then make you reschedule. Don’t waste your time with this company.
