We called with some major issues and they came out the same day! Francis was extremely professional and explained everything in great detail. He gave us many options to fix our issues which was a breath of fresh air. We’ve had “other” electricians out and none could help us. Mr. Sparky saved the day!
Terrible customer service. Be prepared to mess up your whole work schedule because they do not know how to show up at a set time. They will claim they called to confirm your appointment and then make you reschedule. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Dakota and Francis were very knowledgeable and helpful. Francis took a real look at our panel which was informative. There were a few things other electricians looked at and brushed off. Francis actually looked at it, and a switch was improperly installed so our outside lights never fully turn off. Was a good catch. Dakota did great work and answered questions along the way. If their service is anything like their electrician’s driving, then I’m surprised they are still in business. The electrician driving van 1246 was on his cell phone the whole time I was beside him on the turnpike going south. I had to move over after he cut me off with no blinker on. I guess y’all’s slogan is right,” We're on Time, You'll See, or the Repair is Free” . So let’s speed and break the laws.
