Very poor communication and missed appointments, no call no show for appt window. Came out to my house 3 times and only installed a smart thermostat. Each visit was a rescheduled appointment with last one totally missed, PATHETIC and unprofessional. Most "technicians" are SUPER young and not knowledgeable.
Very pleasant and professional. Worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was doing.
