We had a smoke detector in our bedroom, that was activating itself day or night for several weeks, after being installed just three months ago. It was not installed by an electrician. After being annoyed by this errant tector, I called Mister Sparky!! They sent an electrician, with multiple years experience, by the name of Aaron. He was prompt, courteous and respectful of the home. Aaron, walked through the home and looked at all of the carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms. I needed assistance understanding if I had an electrical issue or whether my dryer was the issue. Edgar Lopez did an amazing job answering my questions and explaining everything to me. Made things easier ti determine I needed to have my dryer checked first before having him run a diagnostic on the breaker.
Edgar was courteous, informative, found the issue & then fixed it quickly
Edgar and Russel were great, very friendly, explained each issue well. 4 stars because I think the service is a little over-priced.
