Definitely five star service! Matt Armstrong with Mr Sparky came to check out some electrical issues I was having with appliances. It turns out one of my breakers was partly burned up and my 40-year-old panel box needed replaced. He did what was needed to make everything safe for the night and came back the next morning to replace the panel box. Matt was very personable, kind and capable. We recently had a new washer/dryer delivered from a local appliance store. The 240-volt outlet sparked when I plugged-in the dryer, and then the dryer didn’t seem to be getting any power. I called Mr. Sparky and they sent Robert Owen to figure out what was going on. I instantly recognized Robert from a previous visit, so I knew before he even stepped in the house that he would be able to diagnose and resolve the situation quickly.
