I made an appointment for an estimate on electric work. They gave me a window of 10-2 pm but assured me the tech would call me and keep me updated on his route. No call, no text, and when I called them at 12:44 and said I hadn’t heard anything he said ok I will check on it. I never did get any call or service call. Wasted my whole day waiting for this poorly managed, incompetent company. Never again Mister Sparky you suck!
