What a rip off! Had Mr. Sparky come out to my house that we just moved into to see what’s wrong with the ceiling fan in the garage. Was charged $200 just for them to say it’s broken and needs a part that we don’t sell but if you buy it on Amazon we’ll fix it for another $100
I am not one to leave bad reviews but I want to prevent this experience from happening to others. I used a device that draws too much power on a outlet without knowing the outlet wasn't rated for that and just wanted someone to come check my wires were not compromised bc it got hot. The serviceman showed up at my door and was asking questions like is there any other homeowner that needs to be here etc. and I'm so tired of people sizing me up and thinking I'm a single idiot that can be taken advantage of. Their prices are ridiculous. They actually have classes once a week on training to upsell to rip you people off. Half the time they don't even call inspections. I seen one of the guys get up on top of the house and cut the power line himself. Don't recommend! Call someone else,anybody is cheaper than them. And nine times out of 10 they won't take no for an answer they keep pushing and pushing it's crazy.
Jamal and Irvin came to replace all the electrical sockets and switches in my house. They replaced all the backstabbing installed devices with new hardware and wired them correctly. Both electricians were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. AND they cleaned up everything completely before they left. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
Ben was able to help us change out all of our smoke detector batteries and install surge protectors. Excellent work, and very professional.
