The company wasn't given all the details by Lennar about our plumbing issues. When I told them we weren't able to use our water or kitchen in passing, they sent someone out ASAP. The technician (Cody I believe) knew what the issue was almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and kind and on task to say the least. Should we (as renters) buy a home in the future and need assistance, we will be calling Casa and we will be requesting Cody.

*edit 2 hours later* A manager did call me back and apologize for the experience I had. He let me know that the tablets the electrician carry are also recording the customer interactions, so he will review the conversation, and use it as a training experience. He offered to send another electrician out to give a quote, but I declined the offer, since I've already scheduled two other electricians to come out, and that I do not think I would use them in the future because of this experience.
