He let me know that the tablets the electrician carry are also recording the customer interactions, so he will review the conversation, and use it as a training experience. He offered to send another electrician out to give a quote, but I declined the offer, since I've already scheduled two other electricians to come out, and that I do not think I would use them in the future because of this experience.
