Nick was great. Took his time explaining what I needed and what all my options were.
This was my first time of going with Mr. Sparky for a few jobs around my house and I was very satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship! I had them fix one outlet, run a separate 110 for a freezer, a separate connection for my microwave, and they installed a surge protector since power outages have been more frequent in my area. I will use them again in the future!
Shawn, Kyle, and Tyler were all great. Friendly and professional. The job was over a 3 day span and was completed within the price and time quoted. We had an unfortunate accident day one when a trencher hit an unmarked line. Once it was secure, they let me know immediately what happened, apologized, took ownership of the mistake (which was not his fault at all), and called to have it repaired same day.
