I called requesting a quote for a whole house generator install. Scheduled an appointment, the tech arrived. He looked at what I have and what we're looking to do. He made a call and headquarters told him they can't install a generator here. Headquarters had no explanation, just they can't install a generator at this location. They wasted a lot of my time. Time I could have had someone else out here doing the job! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! The tech was super nice. His name was Austin. Very nice young man!
