Alex came out to help us with an outlet/breaker issue and was fantastic. Super friendly and figured out the problem quickly. He went above and beyond to help us out and make sure everything was safe. If you’re looking for an awesome electrician then Alex is your guy!

I called and requested a sub panel replacement with a precise scope of work and said I had photos I wanted to email over. They said they don’t know how to bid that way and needed to estimate on site. I asked if they charged and of course they do. They then said they want to ensure the most precise bid possible and I could be missing something and it is a standard practice in the industry. But I was telling them exactly what I want to have them bid and offering photos. That is not standard industry practices.

Thank you Mister Sparky for your prompt and professional services! The Mister Sparky team from the office staff to electricians at Boerne were very respectful and professional.
