I am a general contractor that needed a GFCI outlet installed at a clients house. I called the phone number and got an appointment set for the day I was on site. Mister Electric was a no-show. I called after they were 2 hours late. I was told that the woman on the phone could not reach the local office but that she would send them a message and they would contact me back.
