Dave was absolutely fantastic. My pets adored him (even my very skittish cat!), and he was incredibly efficient and competent. Moreover, while taking care of an issue in the attic, he noted some unrelated shoddy work that could potentially cause me problems down the road. There was zero pressure for me to have him take care of it, and he simply wanted to let me know about it. (I did ask him to address it, which he did with efficiency and minimal cost/fuss.) I have never done business with Mr Sparky but today saw a Mr Sparky employee in Home Depot going out of his way to help someone that made me realize that they employ some really great people. An older lady (recently divorced) need help locating a few items and was not really sure what she needed. She asked someone who was on the isle (Mr Sparky employee) for help. Now he could have suggested she talk to a Home Depot employee or even gotten one for her would have been nice. BUT what he did was help her by having a brief conve... read more
