Be ready for very high pressure sales techniques, like those used at "time share condos". We called them out to put up two low hanging ceiling fans. When they arrived, they claimed they needed to do a full house walk through which took an hour. After the walk through, which included taking things apart that were not ceiling fan related, they had to sit at the table and go through all "the options" I had. Huey did a great job with the electrical repairs at my home, but the call center and office provided extremely poor customer service. I had a no call no show and was promised by Keagan and Belinda that I would receive a call back from Jarros regarding pricing questions, never happened. There was a refund issued for the Club Membership in the amount of $99.00 since there was no evidence of credit amounts on my invoice.
