Huey did a great job with the electrical repairs at my home, but the call center and office provided extremely poor customer service. I had a no call no show and was promised by Keagan and Belinda that I would receive a call back from Jarros regarding pricing questions, never happened. There was a refund issued for the Club Membership in the amount of $99.00 since there was no evidence of credit amounts on my invoice. $458 dollars to replace 5 light switches. Absolutely ridiculous, quoted me another $500 to fix the ceiling light I originally called them about. Told them to get out and called a handy man instead Paid him $60 two hours later and my light was fixed. NEVER AGAIN, absolute scam.
