PLEASE learn from my mistake and call anyone BUT these people. They have a generic answering service used Find many other companies. The Agent will pretend to make an appointment with the technician. However, the technician will never arrive. I think they do this to Prevent you from Scheduling with another Electrician. In a word "USELESS" Comes to mine first.

Cody, my service technician, worked very quickly and was comprehensive in his work. The price to replace a simple light switch was way overpriced at $128.00. The up-sales gimmick was rather aggressive offering me a "club membership" and offering me parts and components I did not need. I ONLY needed a light switch replaced but the technician spent MUCH more time trying to up sale me than he did replacing my light switch. Again, prices were very high for minimal work.

I mistakenly didn't look at these reviews before scheduling these folks for assistance. A 4 hour windown turned into a 5+ hour wait with a questionable EAT to boot. I cancelled and will never schedule again. From the customer service which is a contracted service handling several different types of companies, to whomever is actually supervising the work, which I don't think is anyone reall..... Too bad could have made some easy money just doing some simple switch replacements.

This is Rodney Bell’s wife doing the review…Got this company from Angie’s list… the rep came, gave us a quote and scheduled the work on June 23 since the light fixture will be delivered by then. The rep asked for a $200.00 deposit upfront for this particular job. A few days later we called the same rep back since the light fixture was delivered early. We scheduled the work to start on June 18 as agreed, the rep assured us that the crew will be here between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. The day came…. nobody came… they stood us up…we... read more

I lost all power to the house with the main needing to be replaced (neutral issues). Garrett the tech arrived a little over an hour after I called 8p.m. Once the problem was Identified he gave me the estimate with the assurance that I would have power the following day. My house is 47 years old with all of the electrical being original and desperately needing to be replaced.
