The issue is with possible fix. There was never any discussion. Plus that Mr. SPARKYS is no more. I paid 240.00 repair program, and after how we were treated, I don't even get a customer concern call. Refund my money in total. No repair was ever made.
Quoted my wife over $1,600 to replace a bathroom vent fan with one that we had already purchased and to add an outlet within 3ft of an already existing outlet. They stated that the price was due to how long the job would take which was roughly 3-4 hours. Still a ridiculous rate. We reached out to another electrician that was great and able to complete the project for less than $400 and it only took an hour. Just an fyi; the outlet we had had them quote 2years ago. They sent two people out for a detailed inspection. Great idea to have your house info on file so next tech does not have to start out cold. They had good suggestions but no pressure. Helped us make a long term plan
