I booked an online appointment with Mr. Sparky first Coast. I have an email confirmation. My window of time was between 8 AM and 12 noon. Shortly after 12 noon when no one showed up and no one called me to tell me anything. I called the office. I left a voicemail. I then found another phone number and called that and I got a dispatcher. They said they have no technicians available on the weekends.
