If I could leave zero stars I would. We recently had a new a/c unit installed and the water condensation coming from the hookup was leaking on our basement floor. Long story short, Mr rooter came out. Rude, rushed and wrong. Paid $69 for him to come look and tell us our output pipe was deleted and not useable, recommended having the a/c drain into a basement floor drain (outside the room it's in) which needed to be dug out and redone. RIP OFFS! BEWARE!
Scam, came out quoted me $500 for a leaky faucet, all he did was flash he's light at it. 30 secs in and out. Tells me I owe him $50 for travel fees.
$$$$$$ rip offs!
Everyone else that I called, offered free estimates on site. This company told me, I will have to pay between $40-60 just for them to come out and tell me what it was going to cost in person, because they can't give me a quote over the phone, for just running a 3/4" x 100' power rooter snake through an 80' x 4" sewer line.
