UPDTED 6/25/26: Originally, I left a 1 star review. Honestly, it was hard to get them to call back. Mostly I just wanted someone to acknowledge this issue and tell me they were going to fix it. Finally, someone called an almost week later and we spoke. Tim showed up today with his crew. I chose RainPros for my irrigation system over Mist’er Rain for a reason. But since they acquired RainPros, I’m now grandfathered into this company whether I like it or not. So far, I am extremely frustrated, feel as though the service treats you like a number, not a client. We spent almost $30k on this system and the experience has been 0/10 to now, and we feel trapped.
