Awesome company and service. Our crew, Juan and Brian, were timely, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. We’ve been with the company for years.
We have been with Mist’er Rain for 15 years and they have never let us down. My most recent repair/checkup with Juan and Ramon and they showed up with a friendly and professional attitude and took care of exactly what we needed. The familiarity with our yard and system has always made things easy, but the people who work there are responsive and consistently a pleasure to work with.
Juan and Ramon from Mr Rain were very helpful and quickly checked out and then repaired a few of my existing sprinklers. They listened carefully to my concerns and also added a new sprinkler where needed. Sprinklers are all working perfectly now!
Juan and Ramon did a thorough job of recalibration our sprinkler system to prevent over-spray on our newly installed deck. Great, friendly service.
The crew arrived on time to help me with reactivating my irrigation system that was off so far this year. The job started with locating & turning on the main shutoff, and then cycling through each watering zone in the controller system. I walked with the crew from start to finish and find them to be professional and thorough at checking each sprinkler head. I’m glad I chose Mist’er Rain and would highly recommend.
